Edit button is not visible in 'attached knowledge' tab in related list of incident form.

There is a attached knowledge tab in the related list of incident form. It does not have edit button.

when we tried configuring the LIST control the button is greyed out and active true, kindly suggest what could be the possible reason.

Apologies, Kindly note that omit edit button is unchecked and not greyed out in list control.

If yes, then edit button will not come, as it is by design. When a article get created from INc then it auto populate.
