Event "sla.warning.breach" is not triggered using the Default SLA Workflow, to configure a notification. Do I have to create or modify a script ?

Hi everybody,

I am configuring a notification using the Default SLA Workflow.

I use the "sla.warning.breach" in the notification, I select the incident table. I have 3 questions :

1) Do I have to change or create a BR or a script action to make it activated ?

2) I change the name of the table, I put "incident" instead of "task_sla" because I have to notify a group if the SLA, based from incidents, is breached. Is that correct ? (at the beginning, I created it using "related fields" through task_sla table.

3) If the recipient selected is a group, all members of the group receive the email ?

Thanks in advance,

Nadia

1) No - the event should trigger when the workflow gets to that point

2) I would advise not to change the table. Instead you can add a Group to the notification

3) yes correct. All group members will receive the email.
