Hello,
We have an issue within the report count, it differs from from internal user to external user. The reports are created for Case [sn_customerservice_case] table.
Following are the two reports of BACKLOG and BUGS -
Internal user count :
When I impersonate external user these report shows different count :
The requirement is that external user should get the same as internal user report.
We checked ACLs external user's role has read access to the table.
Do I need to do some changes within ACLs? Can someone please help with this.
