Mainline Certification expire

Hi all , I have completed ServiceNow Mainline CSA Certification in May 2023 , now I got the notification as it is expiring by February 2024 . can u please any one guide what are the actions need to take to extend the expire .

Hi @Ashok kumar

It means you need to go for Delta Exam , which of 9 questions and open book kind of. When you click on your risk as per screen shot that will take you to delta study guide. Read that and go for exam and your CsA will be alive till Next Release.

Nothing to worry, you can gv delta exam till 13 Feb 2024.

Go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/servicenow and take the delta exam to maintain your CIS certification.
