Problem Management - How to comunicate with child incidents for updates

Hello Everyone,

 

I am looking for ideas and hope you can share your experiences as well.

 

Fulfillers are reaching out to me asking how they could communicate with affected users from the incidents associated witht the problem ticket.

 

I know we can communicate by provide a workaround or communicating a fix, which will triggers an update to all related incidents if they are with state = On Hold and Cause = "awaiting a problem"

 

But how to send a message to all users from the multiple incidents associated to the problem just for a simple update like "we are still working to find the permanent solution. Our Target is to provide this funcionality by end of the month"
