Service Catalog vs Service Portfolio Management

Dear community,

Currently we have a big issue to solve by choosing between implementing our company's service catalog (in excel file) in Service Catalog module or in Service Portfolio Management module. I would like to ask help from you to clearly define difference between two modules, pros and cons of each of it. Thanks in advance!

Hi Damir,



They have different purposes and you probably need both. Service Portfolio Management is used to manage and document your services and offerings. Service Catalog is used to present orderable items to end users.
