Using same Categories & Subcategories for Incident and Service Requests in Servicenow

I have created few category and subcategory in Snow for incident. i want to user same category and subcategory in Service request as well.
Please let me know the steps to configure the category and subcategory in Snow

Hi Abhishek
When creating your variable(s) on the Request Item, ensure you point to the Incident fields you wish to inherit from (Category for example) as shown below.
When creating/editing your variable, there’s an ‘Advanced view’ option. (Blue text toward the bottom of the page on the left hand side). Click on Advanced view and then you want the ‘Type Specifications’ tab.

Not able to find Choice table and filed in Form layout. Please let me know steps to get these 2 tab.

You need to click on Advance view Related link so as to get other tabs.
Also, not sure what exactly you requirement is. If I understand better you need category & subcategory available for incidents to be used for RITMS. If so, I guess better is to create new entries for RITM table
