We have requirement for changing the "Date fixed" field changes to be captured

When the "Date fixed" field is empty and when we add the new value to the field.
Output syntax should be : " 2024-01-04 06:27:45 was[Empty] " (like Note 1 in the image).
But Currently it is showing just new value as shown in image i.e note 2 and not showing previous value was empty.

For Note 1 the previous value was empty and hence it showed [Empty]
