Converting Chatbot to Virtual Agent

Is it possible to convert an existing implementation of Chatbot to Virtual Agent or is it better to just do a fresh implementation of Virtual Agent?

I don't think there is any way to convert it directly into VA, VA has its own configurations and NLU/NLP models and its own way you can set up flows or topics and engage with live agent handover.

Hi @TStark - I'm sorry if I'm not understanding the question, but Virtual Agent is ServiceNow's chatbot, so I'm not sure what you are wanting to convert?

Please excuse me. I meant Agent Chat and not Chat Bot. 🙃 So the question is: Is it possible to convert an existing implementation of Agent Chat to Virtual Agent or is it better to just do a fresh implementation of Virtual Agent?
