Add new CAB meeting agenda items

  • You can add an agenda item to your CAB meeting to customize the agenda and make the meeting more effective.

    Role required: admin

    프로시저

    1. Navigate to All > Change > Change Advisory Board > All CAB Meetings.
      주:
      If the UI16 module link redirection feature is enabled in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) and the UI16 module supports the redirect configuration, navigating through UI16 paths automatically redirects you to the equivalent list or record pages in SOW instead of displaying the UI16 forms or lists. For more information, see Redirect UI16 module links to Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Click the CAB meeting record that you want to add an agenda item to.
    3. On the Agenda Items context menu, click New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Meeting Name of the meeting that you selected to add the agenda item.
      Task Lookup list to select the change request or standard change proposal.

      The standard change proposal is available for selection only from Australia .
      Order Order that the agenda items will be reviewed during the CAB meeting.
      Notification recipients Recipients to receive the notification about the new agenda item.
      Short description Short description of the task.
      Work notes Detailed description of the task.
      State Current state of the agenda item.
      Decision Status of the agenda item.
      Allotted Time Allotted time for the agenda item in the meeting.
      Elapsed Time Time already spent on the agenda item.
    5. Click Submit.
