About this task
To register your mobile device, you must begin by logging in to the ServiceNow instance using a company-provided computer. This computer should use an IP address that has access to the instance.
Registering your mobile device and your ServiceNow account credentials with the instance, sets up a trust relationship between your profile and the instance. If more than one user must use a single mobile device, your ServiceNow instance administrator can configure that by using system properties.
