I'm evaluating if ServiceNow CSM has Account Management, Contact Management, etc just like Salesforce Service Cloud. Does it? Does ServiceNow has a CRM module too? I'm current using Siebel Oracle but evaluating a new case tool that has Account Management, Contact Management, etc...

ServiceNow doesn't have a CRM module but has the contact, account hierarchy supported.

I agree with Rama, we have account and contact management in CSM.
But choosing for ServiceNow is all about the platform and its capabilities for handling complex processes and long term solutions than just 'a tool for a certain process'. Also it can handle interfaces with true CRM systems just fine 😉
