Hi All,
I have seen the state transition happens, task gets created, approvals gets triggered, etc in GRC. So multiple things happen in GRC with control, policy, issue, etc throughout the lifecycle.
So how is this happening?
what all is automating this life cycle in servicenow GRC?
I checked, there are BR,UI action wch handles the state. but I need to know what all is driving this automation>?

HI @Snehal Madakatt ,
Your question is not clear as GRC is not limited to Approvals, Tasks, state transitions, It's about Policy and compliance, Risk Management and Audit management to start with.
Now be specific on what category you are looking at, can you post some screenshots here please.

In general about GRC I am asking. its not specific to any grc category. Only my question is how the life cycle progresses. I checked in flow designer, but didn't find anything related to grc flow.

Hi @Snehal Madakatt ,
Every record has a lifecycle, nothing gets triggered automatically.
For example, When you add a entity type to a Control Objective record, then controls for each one of the entity gets created automatically.
then each control will have it's lifecycle which includes Draft>Attest>Review>Monitor> Retire.

Thanks for reply.
Every record has a lifecycle ==>where is this lifecycle defined?
