As per the your requirement if you want to show the problem that reported by the incident in related list of incident then you have an OOB related list called 'Problem >First Reported by'
For that you need to follow this steps
1. right click on incident form click on Configure > from there related list as per below image
2 . after click on the from available search problem > First reported by, then add that to selected as below
then you can see the Problem in incident related list
or you can also check the related list called 'Problem > Parent' on incident table.
If you want to know how to create the related list do as follows
Go to System Definition > Relationships.
Click on New to create a new relationship.
- Name: Provide a name for the relationship (e.g., "Incident Related Problems").
- Applies to Table: Select incident.
- Queries from table: Choose problem.
then you can add the created Relationships via right click on incident form click on Configure > from there related list you can add the relationship that created above.
