Hi
I currently receive emails whenever an incident is updated by a user, but how can i setup push notifications in servicenow portal? utilising the Bell drop down top right
Example of what i receive:
From: COMPANY Service Desk <X@service-now.com>
Subject: INC10000 Comments Added: Unable to use OKTA
Your Incident has been updated. Click LINK to view the details. You may update the Incident via the link provided. For assistance or questions, please utilize the ServiceBot via MS Teams/Slack or the Self-Service Portal. |

I doubt we can add push notification for Portal.
The ServiceNow mobile application automatically enables push notifications and configures mobile devices for push notifications when users initially log in to the instance. If you are using your own custom mobile or push application, you must configure your app for use and set up the push contents.
