Email notifications to external user who is not part of servicenow.

Hi Team,
Good Day!

                           I have one requirement, we have integrations for incidents, where there are external users who log the tickets as Guest. Is there any way i can send a email notifications to external users who are callers and are not part of servicenow.

 

We cannot enter the static email address in notifications as it goes to one user but does't not validate to every guest user.

 

How can i do this?

Can you capture their email address and set it in the watch list and send the notifications to the watchlist?

if the caller has email id it will pick and send email.
