How to Create Report for Survey's result???

Hi All,
I have created Incident survey when the incident closed.
Can any one guide me how to create report with the below conditions?
- Number of surveys sent in a month
- Number of surveys responded to in a month
- % of satisfied vs. not satisfied
- % satisfied responded to by Service Desk group
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink

Hi @Divya K1 ,
You can make report as below :-
1) Number of surveys sent in a month
2) Number of surveys responded to in a month:
3) % of satisfied vs. not satisfied
For this report used 'asmt_assessment_instance_question' table and apply filter if you have any field to describe if it is satisfied or not.
4) % satisfied responded to by Service Desk group
Not getting exactly what you want. Can you please elaborate more.

I am after a similar report to 4).
We have a number of teams (assignment groups) using the system, and I am looking to get a CSAT report based on an individual assignment group. So I can see how each assignment group is performing against customer satisfaction.
