Inbound is not supporting some domains (yahoo.com, outlook.com)

We created an inbound action to create a new incident as per the recipient's email.

ex - recipient contains 'test@gmail.com'

 

while testing it creates incidents when we send emails from Gmail or official email but if we send a mail from Yahoo or Outlook email it will not create any record

Hi, unfortunately a partial screenshot does not help any with diagnostics or clarification of your instance configuration.
Have you confirmed that the received message matches the requirements of the inbound action? If you drill into the received message in the related records list there should be an email log that contains some basic details about why the message was not matched to an inbound action. Do you have any email white listing configured, was the email from a known user, do you allow email from unknown users, do the email headers have any flags that would prevent the inbound action from mapping IE was the message seen as a reply and not a new message?

Perhaps you could review and update this thread with some clear and specific details so that the community can better understand your issue? Attaching the inbound action and received message as xml files would allow the community to review and evaluate.
