Transfer reason is not visible in the Form when it is repeated.

It is observed that when I am transferring  any Incident to any other group then Transfer Reason tab become mandatory and it is reflecting in the activity logs as well , but while transferring the Incident if Transfer reason is same like previous reassignment then only transfer group will be visible in the Form but transfer reason will not.

 

Foe example-I have transfer an Incident from  Group-A to Group-B and I have selected Transfer reason -1 then Transfer reason -1 will be visible in the activity log but If again Incident will be transferred to Group -C but transfer reason is selected same like earlier transfer (Transfer Reason - 1), then this time it will not reflect in the activity logs only transfer group will be visible

 

Please suggest is there any out of the box functionality is there due to which the repeated transfer reason will not appear in the activity logs
