Email notification only when incident is raised to high.

Hi all,

 

I am very new to servicenow world. I am trying to create a email notification only when incident is changed or increased. And in the body of the email along with other contents I also want the old priority value to be displayed. If you can please help me. Your help.

 

Eg: email body should contain 

incident number

old priority value 

and

new priority value

is appreciated.
