We are testing the upgrade to Fuji (6) and I have a single Catalog Item that shows with a broken icon in Chrome and IE but is showing normal in Firefox. I have tried to save the icon from one of the normal-looking Catalog items, and then added it to the icon in the problem Catalog Items, to no avail. Any ideas as to what can I do to fix it?
Below is how this problem cat item looks in each browser.
Thanks
It looks like this in Chrome
Like this in Internet Explorer
Like this in Firefox, which is how I'd like it to look.

I've run into issues where after changing the catalog item icon it doesn't refresh unless you clear the instance cache. You could try that and see if it makes a difference. Simply type cache.do in your type filter text and wait for the content pane to refresh with details of the cache and then check your icons again. You could also try clearing the browser cache for IE and Chrome.

Thanks David. That was the problem. The answer was flushing the ServcieNow cache via cache.do

Great! I'm glad that did the trick. Seems to be common with changing images that it just doesn't refresh quite right.
