How to add related search result to catalog task

Hello,

How to add related search result to catalog task form as we can see the related search result on incident form.

I tried to add by going to form design of catalog task and added contextual search result(formatter) but it is not showing can any body suggest on this.

You may need to create a table configuration record for Catalog task.

HI Prasad,

We have to create that for catalog task.

We have it for Incident table for know.

You can look into contextual search in left nav and take reference of that. You can decide which KB it should search what it should show.
