How to add variables to sctask form which is created through script?

In the workflow , I have to use run script to created 3 tasks based on some condition.

If I create a task using run script, There is no option for "Variables on sc task form".

So, how do I add some of the order guide variables on to the sc task form.

And how to show a order guide field on RITM variables.

Hi, 

I have used the script and it created a record in the table

But in the sctask, its not visible on the sctask.
