How to send survey notification once the incident is closed?

Hi,
How do I send survey notification to the caller once the incident has been closed? I have created survey trigger but it doesn't send out the notification. What am I missing here?

If you have a survey configured you should be able to do it with a survey trigger. Could you post the one you've created?

Have you created a notification on the assessment table? The survey is not an incident it can refer to one but the survey itself is an assessment instance so you may have set up your notification against the wrong table

Thanks for the quick response. I have created survey triggers but not the surveys and notification in the assessment table. I shall do it now. Meanwhile, kindly share if there any relevant articles/docs for the same. Please excuse if it's too much to ask for. I'm a beginner with servicenow. I looked for the docs but I found only survey administration.
