How to show % change in incidents created Monthly Last and Current year in PA or Report?

Hello,

 I have requirement to show % change in incidents created Monthly. Calculate % between Last Year Month and the Current year month. Example. % change between Jan 2023 and Jan 2024. Incident created on Jan 2023 is 90 and This Jan 2024 is 100. so there is 10% increase in incidents. This % calculation I have to show from Jan to Dec in report or with help of Performance Analytics.
