Hi All,
We are planning to migrate HPSM to ServiceNow tool.
Any one can help us letting know whether migrating is better option , what are the pros and cons if we migrate.

1. Map the current process (like incident, problem etc.) to the new tool (ServiceNow).
2. Foundation data (Users, Companies, Departments, cost Centers etc.).
3. All Integrations.

ServiceNow as a platform much more capable than of HPSM.
But this decision of migration involves many stakeholders-
1. Business Stakeholders
2. Process Owners
3. Partners
All of the above contribute to different-different aspect of the decision-making process.
