Minimize or hide KB article content in the activity log of ticket by default

Looking for feasibility/ideas to hide / minimize the content of a KB article from tickets activity log.  Can someone assist how to achieve this?

It is OOTB and no further configuration required. Might be check contextual search or Knowledge article configuration once.  else  log a Now support case.
