Requirement : All Approval users should be able to post comments in the Activity Stream input field.
System Functionality : Only Admin/itil/requestor were able to see the Activity Stream and post the Comments.
Did anyone come across this issue and is there a alternate role other than Admin/itil in servicenow to fulfill the requirement.
Is servicenow aware of this functionality?
User with ITIL/admin role were able to see activity Stream.
Other users with no role or approver_user were not able to see activity Stream.
