On RITM Stage should change from "complete" to "Completed"

Hi all,

Now my requirement has changed i.e When RITM is raised the stage should be like "Completed". To achieve this I had given in flow designer the condition like stage should be Completed but why I don't know on the RITM we are getting in the Stage as "complete".

I has opened the configure dictionary for the Stage and in that choices were like Label is "Completed" and the Value is "complete". But why I'm not understanding why it is taking the Value name instead of Label name. So I inactivated the old choice and again I created new choice like Label is "Completed" and Value is also "Completed". 

But still getting the same value as "complete" in the Stage on the RITM

Could anybody please help on this?

I would heavily advise against changing this stages value, as a lot of business rule work specifically on this value. For example deactivating the RITMs after its completed, closing the REQs after all RITMs are closed.

I had an issue on one of my customers instance exactly because someone changed the value of "complete" to "Completed".

And they were using the "Completed" stage in other Flows/Workflows instead of "complete" it was a pain having to fix 30-ish workflows and then background fixing all of the RITMs stages so that they would actually go inactive.

Is there any alternate solution for this scenario, because I'm also facing the same issue where stage of RITM remains completed not Completed. Can you also specify is there any OOB business rule causing this issue.
