"You are either not authorized or record is not valid." error on Service Portal

Hi Community! 
I have a problem with a record producer on Service Portal, when I try to use my record producer that I create for incidents appears the following error

The user that I use to test have the role and is included in the "Available for" related list, but it doesn't work

I add some logs, in this part of the code return false the canView condition, but I'm not able to find where takes this condition.

Hi there,

Try to add a Catalog and Category to the Record Producer. These appear to be missing looking at your screenshot.
