ServiceNow - getting error on saved reports

Hello all,
I have a weird issue. Every time I save and try to come back to a report I created I get the error saying "Report visible only to a specific user or group".
When I create a report and save it. I can navigate to the report via the view/run module and see the report. If I save it to my favorites then try to access it from favorites, I get a "Report visible only to a specific user or group" error message.
I have shared the report with myself, obviously my group is active. this is happening in both the Vancouver and Washington versions

Atul G. I've seen that article and as stated above I shared the report with myself and my group is active. Also it is the report that is giving me, the creator, the error message.

Try to repair the plugin once if still not work, log a Now support case.
