Survey For New Employees

Hello, 

 

We are looking to send a survey for new employees but we are having problems on setting up the trigger condition. Our challenge is the only details for the new employees that we have is their first name and last name which is in a Variables part of the RITM. We don't have a field that we can use to point the survey to send it to the new employee. Looking for suggestions/solutions.
