User is not able to view Logo

Hello,

 

One of the user is not able to view Logo in ServiceNow instance after the Tokyo upgrade.

 

User can login into different browser(to be use only Edge browser) as per company's standard.

 

Tried to impersonate and i am able to see the logo

Can you ask him to clear cache and try again?

Can you also clear cache, and the impersonate him to see if you see the logo?

User tried to clear cache for multiple times and still the issue persists 

 

I tried to impersonate the user and I am able to see the logo. But, for user issue is still there 

Could be related to browser. But if it is due to upgrade, you may want to check with ServiceNow Support. Cant think of any reason. Is that user associated to a different company record which has no logo?
