Hi all,
I am creating a record producer for any incidents related to software or applications, how do i have choice fields mapped to other choice fields?
In this case i have the question; Are you having an issue with an application or software? [Software, Application] are the 2 choices.
I have these mapped to the Category field on incident, however they show up as blue when they map. How would I get a direct mapping between the two?
