When clicked on a report in dashboard, should open another dashboard accordingly

I have created a dashboard with a 2 reports , a) active incidents based on priority b) active requests based on priority. So when we click 'priority 1' on incidents report, it should open a new dashboard with information of only the priority incident as shown in the image -

You want to see the incident when you click on any bar right? This is not possible on Bar. You need to create pie/ dough nut reports so that when you click on data, it open the records in another window.

First utilize the report that you have already created "incidents grouped by priority and stacked by state". Next create a drilldown and call in something meaning full:

Based on this, you can either show a list view or another graph. example as below:
