The image shows that the estimated wait time can be shown here when a customer clicks on the Chat Widget.
However, is there a way to show that estimated wait time on the actual Portal page. The idea is that we want to show our customers estimated wait time for both Phone and Chat, so it allows them to decide which Channel they would like to choose based on the shorter Wait Time.
