incident updated out of business hour should change the state in next business hour start.

Hi All,

 

When a record is updated, specifically when additional comments are added, the system checks whether the update occurred during business hours. If the update is within business hours (MON-FRI(8 AM to 5 PM)), the record state is changed to 'Work in Progress' (WIP). If the update is outside business hours, the system schedules the state change for the next business hour, ensuring the record transitions to 'Work in Progress' at the beginning of the next available business hour
