S2P - Contract reference variable not available for supplier

Hello,

I have created a record producer that will allow the supplier to select their own contract (act_contract) and I am still unable to see my contracts then I impersonate the supplier (external user in the supplier portal). I have added 2 ACLs with the snc_external role. Read/record, read/ui page. 

Please let me know if there is anything that I might be missing
