When initiating Microsoft teams chat from Service operations workspace.
I need to see email id and User name while I search a user like shown in below image
In platform I can see email id and Username.
The same thing when doing in service operations workspace it will display only name.
I need to see email id, User name same as like in platform when I search a user in SOW.
Please kindly help where I need to configure this. Thank You!
