Managing work orders includes the creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders through their completion.

Work order tasks are an integral part of work orders, they define the activities that must be completed in the work order. Each work order has at least one work order task.
-
(Optional) Assign ad-hoc Service Locations
These locations allows administrators to configure service locations on demand. These ad-hoc locations are not part of a predefined Field Service location, giving greater flexibility to where a Field Service technician might be working on a day-to-day basis.
