View a task or event on the calendar

Dispatchers can save time and quickly view tasks or events on the calendar from the task panel or contextual side panel.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

About this task

You can view events assigned to a single person only. View on calendar is unavailable for multi-person events.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
3. In the task panel or contextual side panel, select the Overflow Actions icon for the task or event you want to view on the calendar.
4. Select View on calendar.
   
   The agent that is assigned to the task or event is added to the Added resources section with the task that you selected highlighted.
