Filter agents in Field Service Manager Mobile
Managers can quickly filter agents and find the agent they need to assign a work order task to.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager
Procedure
- Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
- Tap Teams and open the Assignment group or territory that the agent you want to filter for belongs to.

Tap the Filter icon (
).
- On the form, fill in the fields.
- Tap Apply.
