Filter agents in Field Service Manager Mobile

  • Managers can quickly filter agents and find the agent they need to assign a work order task to.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    Procedure

    1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
    2. Tap Teams and open the Assignment group or territory that the agent you want to filter for belongs to.
    3. Tap the Filter icon (filter).
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.
    5. Tap Apply.
