View task SLA status

  • Managers can quickly view task SLA to address those that are breached, or at risk for being breached.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    About this task

    Administrators can configure what is defined as Risk of breach using the script includes. For more information, see Field Service Manager Mobile script includes.

    Procedure

    1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile.
    2. Tap the SLA status that you want to view from the Home tab.
      Table 1. SLA statuses
      SLA status Description
      Breached Shows tasks with a breached SLA status.
      Risk of breach Shows tasks at risk of breaching the SLA. By default, tasks show as Risk of breach starting 4 hours before the window end of the task.
      Paused Shows tasks with a paused SLA status.
