  • Manage Field Service agents from Field Service Manager Mobile and do everything that you can from your computer while on the go.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager

    Procedure

    1. Open Field Service Manager Mobile and tap Teams.
    2. Tap the assignment group or territory that the Field Service agent you want to manage is part of.
    3. Tap the more actions icon (more actions).
    4. Choose from the following.
      SelectionAction
      Contact Displays a choice to call or message the agent.
      View tasks Shows the tasks that are assigned to the selected agent.
      View schedule Shows the selected agent’s schedule.
      Note:
      Tap a different day at the top of your screen to see the agent’s schedule for a different day.
      View profile Displays the agent’s profile with information including their phone number, email, location and whether they’re on schedule.
      Note:
      Tap their phone number to call or message the agent. Tap their email address to send them an email. Tap the location to see where the agent is on a map.
