Manage Field Service agents from Field Service Manager Mobile and do everything that you can from your computer while on the go.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager
Procedure
- Open Field Service Manager Mobile and tap Teams.
- Tap the assignment group or territory that the Field Service agent you want to manage is part of.

Tap the more actions icon (
).

Choose from the following.
Selection Action Contact Displays a choice to call or message the agent. View tasks Shows the tasks that are assigned to the selected agent. View schedule Shows the selected agent’s schedule. Note:Tap a different day at the top of your screen to see the agent’s schedule for a different day.View profile Displays the agent’s profile with information including their phone number, email, location and whether they’re on schedule. Note:Tap their phone number to call or message the agent. Tap their email address to send them an email. Tap the location to see where the agent is on a map.
