Configure special handling notes for the Now Mobile Agent application

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_shn.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Special Handling Notes > Configuration.
    2. Click New.
    3. Select a table in the Table name field.
    4. If desired, select one or more Related Fields.
    5. Click Submit.
