    Prerequisite

    The following prerequisites must be fulfilled before using Process Mining for Workday and Process Mining for Salesforce.

    • You must have Process Mining for External Data (version 29.5.3) installed. For more information, see Request Process Mining for external data.
    • You must have Workday HR Spoke (version 3.0.2) installed (For Process Mining for Workday). For more information see, Workday HR Spoke.
