I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the possibility of uploading screenshots directly into the "additional comments" field on ServiceNow.

We often find it necessary to include screenshots to provide clarity and context when documenting incidents or requests. However, it seems that the current system does not support directly uploading screenshots into the comments section. Instead, we have to save the screenshot separately and then attach it as a file, which can be cumbersome and time-consuming.

Could you please confirm whether there is a way to directly paste or upload screenshots into the additional comments field in ServiceNow? This feature would greatly enhance our efficiency and streamline our communication processes.
