The CI field does not show accurate list of CI's

Hi everyone!
We have this button in our CI field (for incidents) where it will show all of the related CI's. However, when we checked, it does not show the accurate list. There are missing CI's from the list and not sure where or how to configure it. (See screenshot below)

Hi Irene,
Check whether your instance is using the OOB dictionary override for Incidents table for the reference qualifier for Configuration Item on the Task table.
It may look something like this:
If this is the case, then only CIs which are in classes which have been defined as Principal Classes will be displayed in the list of Configuration Items.
