I'm a new Service Now user. I prefer to use Chrome (v 29.0.1547.57m) as my default browser. I tried to log on to my company's SN URL but it never succeeds. I get the error message below. Can anyone tell me what I need to do for SN to work with Chrome? Or do I have to use IE?

That looks like something in your companies SSO settings. I use Chrome exclusively and don't have any issues accessing my instance.

I was having the same issue for quite some but I managed to get it working by tracking down an extension that was causing the problem.
Here's what I did:
1. Open a Chrome window with the site you are unable to login to.
2. Open up a second window and with this in the URL: chrome://extensions/
3. Put them side by side
4. Un-check the 1st Enabled extension
5. Refresh the 1st window and try logging in
6. If it fails, re-enable the extension
7. Repeat steps 4, 5, 6 for all extensions until you can login
8. Once you've found the suspect extension, click on the garbage bin icon to delete it.
I hope that helps.

This is old, but was the fix to my issue. The offending extension in my case was Quick Javascript Switcher v1.4.12.
