Catalog, related items to each other

Good morning,

seems I hand't enough coffee yet. In Amazon you get hints like "related articles" or "people who bought this, bought also...". How to build and reflect this in the Service Portal Catalog Item?

Things I tried and researched so far (as said, missing coffee).

Compatibles in the Hardware Model

I thought you could do this via the tab compatible in e.g. the Hardware Model and it would be taken over to the Catalog Item, but this is "just" for keeping track of what is compatible. Seems not to be used somewhere directly.

Question, how to display this kind of relations in the catalog item?

e.g. Laptop -> Display 22" or Display 24" or additional Software or similar

I don't want the solution, but first is something like this existing and what I would have to search for. Or if I simply have to jump to scripting or the magic is in the Service Catalog Widgets maybe?

Found it, more coffee helps more 🙂 I have to thank myself for checking the order guide, anyway one question remains, is their a different/better way? How that was done before the order guide existed?
